About this class

Our general classes allow you to focus on your own projects and are suitable for anyone who has either completed one of our beginner's blocks or who has some confidence with hand-building. You will be fully supported by your tutor to bring your ideas to fruition using a wide range of techniques, developing your skills hand-building, throwing on the wheel, exploring surface decoration and glazes. We keep the classes small so that we can tailor our teaching to your needs. All materials are included in the class fee and there is a small additional charge for firing by weight of finished work. All you need to bring with you is an apron, your ideas and a notebook.

Cancellation Policy

We are not able to offer full refunds unless the class, workshop or taster session you have booked is cancelled 14 or more days before the session. If you need to cancel your class, workshop or taster session, please get in touch, we might be able to book you on an alternative date. If your booking is cancelled less than 14 days before the session we might be able to offer you a refund, less 25 % administration fee, if we can fill your space with another student. We are unable to offer alternative dates for the beginners classes if you miss a session as they follow a set structure.
