Tanya Gomez workshop

It has been brilliant to welcome visiting artists to the studio to share their practice with our students and members this year. Last weekend we were delighted to have Tanya Gomez join us for a two day workshop. The students rose to the challenge of working big, creating amazing vessels on the wheel. Each piece is composed of two thrown sections joined with clay slurry and then refined and shaped on the wheel. Huge thanks to Tanya for her inspiring talk and wonderful teaching.
